Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and services and of course we aim for utmost customer satisfaction. Before every package leaves our facility, it is meticulously checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item that has any damage/defect, you must notify our customer service team immediately via, so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Please note that all our policies, terms and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will ensure compliance.

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchangesfor all items on sale
  • We are happy to issue a store credit or exchange for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
  • All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a different size, style or store credit only via DHL
  • Returned items must be unused, include tags and hygiene stickers, maintaining its original package and must have no stains. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. 
  • All End of season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Exchange requests can be made if, an item is obviously defected, wrong sizing, a mix up in your order, a sold-out item.
  • An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged. 
  • Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.
  • For wrong sizing, items can only be exchanged for a store credit. You can re-order same item or any other item of your choice using the store credit.
  • Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven’t been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 7 business days.
  • If the returned item passes necessary checks, a store credit will be granted to process an exchange.
  • Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
