Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 1-5 business days for your orders to be processed (weekends, holidays exclusive) after receiving payments. To be clear, this means your order will be shipped on/before the 5th business day.Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. 
  • All 29byAdelé deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express and all international orders via DHL.
  • If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address.
  • Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.
  • If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to sales@29byadele.com including your order number.
  • If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
  • Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. 29byAdelé has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
  • Please note that returns/exchanges can only be made via mail. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through DHL Express.
  • We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered.
  • By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.
